FINANCIAL LOANS AND CREDITS

For whom is the credit intended:

The credits are intended for:

employees with steady income from employment

pensioners (longevity pay, old-age pension, disability pension)

persons drawing parental allowance

Loans and credits from the company Profireal, a. s. are a solution for those applicants who do not need a large amount but money right now and the bank won't provide them with financial help (arranging a loan/credit takes too long in the bank or the applicant is unable to meet the bank's conditions)

Features:

Amount of credit: CZK 10,000 - CZK 166,000, up to CZK 130,000 without surety

Charge:No charge

Maturity: 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42 and 48 months

Repayment: Regular monthly instalments in a fixed amount (cashless transfer)

Payment: Cashless to the client's account

Securing: Promissory note issued by the client upon signing the Credit Contract

Others: No-purpose, possibility of revolving (provision of other financial means in the course of credit repayment)

Conditions of credit approval:

regular monthly income

age of the applicant for credit: at least 18 years of age

in regard to credit above CZK 130,000, a surety is required

the credibility of the aval has to be of such nature that the credit would be approved if he applied himself

Necessary documents:

a) copy of the client's ID card (or the surety 1, 2 respectively)
b) original of employer's confirmation of income (also the surety 1, 2 respectively)
c) regarding pensioners, a copy of the pension assessment or a slip from a current postal money order
d) documents proving eventual other income (social allowances, alimony and likewise)
e) presenting at least one of the so-called "contact documents" (bank account statement, joint collection payments of residents, account of electricity, services, gas and likewise)

Advantages of the credit:

only the employer's confirmation of income is necessary for the credit application

the purpose of use of the provided financial means is fully at the client's discretion and up to CZK 130,000, no surety is required

in addition to the speed at which the financial resources are provided to clients, the advantage of PROFI CREDIT Czech, a. s. credits in particular are their availability and the personal approach to the applicant upon the processing of the credit application

in addition, every client who duly repays according to the schedule of instalments, shall be entitled to automatic revolving (provision of other financial means in the course of repayment)
