Education of PROFI CREDIT employees
At PROFI CREDIT Czech, a. s., an increased care is devoted to employee development. As soon as a new employee is hired, an induction programme is offered (a so-called "round") where the employee is provided with some essential company background information, learns about the company culture, rules, organisational structure, etc. A more complex personal development plan is then drawn up individually as a follow-up activity based on the regular semi-annual performance reviews. A comprehensive development system is available to the company managers, which has been entitled "ProfiUniverzita". The education there is directed especially towards improving the areas encompassing management skills, presentation skills, effective communication skills, internal negotiation skills, time management, effective meeting control and assertive conduct.
In the course of the year 2007, our development system expanded to embrace all employees in terms of our "OpenUniverzita" project. The employees are now invited to attend courses addressing the particular area of soft skills, such as written communication, effective communication, assertive conduct, stress management, conflict management or time management, to name just a few.
PROFI CREDIT also encourages its employees to use the opportunities of external education by supporting their efforts that enhance and deepen their qualifications through studies at various universities.
The same degree of attention is paid to refining the language skills displayed by the employees of our company.
