Loan against lien

For whom is the loan intended:

The loans are intended for entrepreneurs (natural persons as well as legal entities) as well as for citizens. Hence they are a solution to the need of financial and investment means both for business and normal life in situations when, for example, it is impossible to obtain a loan in the necessary amount from a bank.

The loans are intended for those who for some reason may not or do not want to present their income and economic credibility but at the same time may provide quality security in the form of a lien on real estate.

Features:

Amount of loan: From CZK 50,000 and more (no charge is paid)

Maturity: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42 and 48 months (maturity may be adjusted to the needs of the loan applicant)

Repayment: Usually through regular monthly instalment, on the client's request, the manner of repayment may be individually adjusted

Payment: No purpose, cashless to the client's account

Securing: Client's bill of exchange + pledge of a real-estate

Others: No purpose, possibility of revolving (provision of other financial means in the course of the loan repayments)

Conditions of approval:

  • Individual evaluation of every application in consideration of the economic situation of the applicant and the quality of the offered pledge.

  • Documents necessary to draw up the application:

  • businessman - natural person: copy of the businessman's + his/her spouse identity card
  • businessman - legal entity: copy of identity cards of statutory representatives of the company
  • copy of the business license or other authorization for the main business activity
  • extract from the Business Register (not older than 3 months)
  • citizen (no businessman): copy of his/her identity card + the one of his/her spouse
  • bank details
  • annexes connected with the offered security: deed of the pledge (for example purchase agreement, deed of gift, certificate of roadworthiness and likewise), extract from the Land Registry, photographs, eventually expert assessment of price if available and likewise

  • Benefits of the loan:

  • The greatest benefit of the loan is easy access to the loan for businessmen and citizens without the necessity of proving economic credibility (income of the applicant or joint debtor).
  • Drawing up the application and its processing is free.
  • Every loan application is evaluated individually and the amount of the loan depends only on the credibility of the real estate offered as a security. A pledge in this event may be: operating complex, apartment, lands, family house or other movable assets respectively. In addition, the loan is always secured by the client's bill of exchange, the aval being his/her spouse (if married); as concerns a legal entity, the aval being the company owners (always in case of limited liability companies, individually in case of the other ones).
