Financial group - Profireal Group
The financial alliance Profireal Group is a multinational financial group that operates in the financial markets of the Central and Eastern Europe. It is one of the prominent providers of loans and credits in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Bulgaria and Romania. Profireal Group consists of two divisions. The companies belonging in the division PROFI CREDIT operate in the area of financial loans and credits, while the companies falling under the division PROFIDEBT deal with claims trading.
Profireal Group has been concentrating on financial services since the year 2000, when it started to provide loans and credits to non-enterprising private persons. Since 2003, PROFI CREDIT has been providing borrowings and credits also to entrepreneurs and firms. Its product range will satisfy both the private clientele and the entrepreneurs (physical and legal entities).
PROFI CREDIT entered Slovakia at the end of the year 2000. The subsidiary PROFI CREDIT Slovakia, s.r.o. benefited from the know-how of its parent company and very quickly established itself in the new market. Additional territorial expansion of PROFI CREDIT's operations took place in the year 2004, when the company entered the Polish market, where it established a new company PROFI CREDIT Poland Sp. z.o.o.. In the year 2006, a PROFI CREDIT subsidiary was established in Bulgaria, which granted its first credits in the Bulgarian market in November the same year. The last country so far that the group Profireal Group has entered is Romania. In December 2007, the company PROFI CREDIT IFN SA provided first credits to its clients in Romania.
The main activity pursued by the division PROFIDEBT is purchasing and enforcing retail claims. The companies PROFIDEBT, s.r.o. and Profidebt Slovakia, s.r.o., which are both part of the division Profidebt, were established at the beginning of the year 2005. Profidebt is planning to enter additional Eastern European countries in the course of the year 2008. The aim is to follow the parent company in extending Profireal's activities into new territories.
Division PROFIDEBT has used the know-how of its parent company and targeted the area of claims surrenders, administration and collections. Thanks to the adopted experience, Profidebt very quickly established itself in the Czech and Slovak markets and towards the end of the year 2007 the division attained a total volume of purchased orders in excess of CZK 2 billion.
The financial group Profireal Group transformed itself into a holding structure group in the year 2007, i.e. with a parent company dealing solely with the administration of assets in its daughter companies. Based in the Netherlands, Profireal Group SE (SE - European Company, a specific legal form established pursuant to the EU regulations) became the parent company of the financial group in December 2007.
The aim of Profireal Group is to build up a strong financial group, which will gradually extend its activities to encompass most countries of the Central and Eastern Europe. This is an exacting imposition, but the recent results have shown that it is being implemented successfully.
