Q: How much money will you lend me?
A: This of course depends on the volume of your income. In terms of an employee credit, you can obtain any amount from CZK 10,000 to CZK 166,000. The upper boundary is not limited as far as the business borrowings are concerned, the only limiting factor is the volume of indemnity that you can provide. The minimum amount of a business borrowing represents CZK 50,000.
Q: What is the amount of excess payment?
A: The amount of excess payment depends on the credit amount and the chosen repayment period. Specific examples will be communicated to you by our credit adviser, with whom we will be happy to arrange an informal meeting via the toll-free info line 800 166 000.
Q: What sort of documentation do I have to submit in order to qualify for a PROFI CREDIT Czech, a. s. loan or credit?
A: To obtain an employee credit from PROFI CREDIT, the following documentation needs to be provided:
- A copy of the Identity Card
- An original of the Confirmation of the income volume (statement of retiring pay volume)
- A copy of a contact document (SIPO, statement of account, electricity bill, etc.)
Q: How shall I corroborate the volume of my income?
A: You will furnish proof of the volume of your income via a Confirmation of the income volume provided by your employer (in case of an employee credit) or via the income-tax return for the previous taxation period (in the event of business loans).
Q: In what form will the money be paid out to me and how will I be paying back?
A: PROFI CREDIT Czech, a.s. performs all payments of loans and credits via non-cash transfers, by crediting the funds to your bank account. You can render the borrowing by bank transfer or simply through direct debit from the bank account.
Q: How long does the credit approval process take?
A: As long as the submitted documentation is complete, the credit can be authorised and the amount be remitted to your account within 24 hours.
Q: Along with the contract on a consumer credit, is there also a possibility for me to conclude an insurance policy on the ability to render?
A: We do not offer a possibility of obtaining insurance to cover your rendering ability, but in the event of experiencing payback difficulties, you can ask for a postponement or decrease of the instalments (in the event of a loss of employment, health issues, etc.)
Q: What does automatic revolving mean?
A: It means an automatic increase that we offer to our clients after the redemption of a stipulated portion of the credit has taken place. You can thus obtain extra funds without a need to draw up an application or to repeatedly furnish a proof of the volume of income.

Q: What should I do if I am in default and I am unable to pay an instalment?
A: If you have found yourself in a situation where you cannot cover an instalment, please contact the assigned credit adviser without delay, who will discuss the current situation with you and will suggest the best procedure of resolving the situation.
Q: I have paid the instalment already, but I have received a reminder all the same - what am I to do?
A: Please contact our customer service department and send us a confirmation of the settlement of your instalment (ideally by fax or post). A copy of the paid bill or a copy of the statement of account will suffice. If the payment fails to be tracked even so, then it will be necessary to file a complaint at the venue where the payment was made.
Q: I am unable to repay the loan according to the payment schedule - can the payment dates be changed?
A: Unfortunately, this is not possible. The payment schedule is mandatory.
