Chief Executive Officer of Administration Section After graduating from the secondary grammar school in Chrudim, he completed his studies at the Economic-Administration Faculty at the University of Pardubice. He has been working with the company since 2000 when he began as a financial analyst while still studying at university. After graduation in 2001, he became the head of the receivables department and then economic manager of the company. Since 2001, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the company. In 2003, he was appointed chief executive officer and in 2004, he was elected general manager of the company by the Board of Directors. |

Chief Executive Officer of Development Section After studying at the secondary grammar school in Pardubice, specializing in math and physics, he graduated from the University of Pardubice. There he completed studies at the Transportation Faculty with a focus on management, marketing and logistics. Having finished his studies, he joined the company PROFI CREDIT and started working in a junior managerial position, later becoming a member of the Board of Directors and since April 2006, he has been the general manager of division PROFI CREDIT. In this position, he is fully responsible for coordinating the activities of all companies within the PROFI CREDIT division. |

General Manager PROFIDEBT Having finished his studies at the secondary grammar school in Piešťany, he graduated from the Faculty of Business Information Technology and Accounting at the Economic University in Bratislava. In 2001, he joined the company PROFI CREDIT Slovakia, s.r.o. as a financial analyst. He gradually became the financial manager, the executive of PROFI CREDIT Slovakia and Profidebt Slovakia. Since May 1, 2006, he has been the general manager of Profidebt and at the same time, since the end of June 2006, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of PROFI CREDIT Czech, a.s. In his position, he is fully responsible for coordinating the activities of all companies within the PROFIDEBT division. |
Ing. Tomáš Rosenberger

Branch Manager PROFI CREDIT Romania, IFN S.A. He graduated from the Jan Perner Faculty of Transportation at the University of Pardubice in 2000. He has been working with the company since March 2002. There he gradually worked as an employee for proceedings concerning bills and executions and the head of the collection network. In September 2004, he was appointed a member of the Board of Directors of the company. In 2007 he was appointed a CEO of PROFI CREDIT, IFN SA in Romania. By virtue of his position, he is fully responsible for developing business activities on Romanian market. |

Chief Executive Officer of Business Section In 2001, he graduated from the Operation-Economic Faculty of Mendel University in Brno, managerial-economic specialization. He then joined the company PROFI CREDIT Czech, a.s. as an assistant to the product manager. After a year in this position, he became the product manager of the company. As of the beginning of 2005, he has begun work as the product manager of the Profireal group for the Central European region. Since April 2006, he has been the chief executive manager of the company PROFI CREDIT Czech, a.s. and at the same time, he participates in creating products for the newly established PROFI CREDIT Bulgaria, Ltd. He is responsible for coordinating the activities of all departments of PROFI CREDIT Czech, a.s. |
